I am planning to buy this property and was there for the inspection intent on learning more about it. Del was very thorough, knowledgeable and available for my questions. He explained his process and provided useful information that helped frame any concerns noted in the report. I have bought and sold a number of properties and Del is one of the best inspectors I've worked with. I'd recommend him to others.

Great personality but a little unfocused. I was there to look through the home on my own taking pics, looking closely at things important to me. I would have preferred he and his helper would have a structured process, follow it and talk with me at the end after initial niceties. Takeaway is keep him on task. I would hire him again.
