Absolutely horrible company. Does not stand by their word to complete the work that they promised they would complete. Paid company to close my pool last year and they never even back washed my filter-- I have never worked with a company that cared less about their customers. When I spoke to Mark he denied everything and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Then he wanted to charge me an extra $90 for coming back out to my house to see that the pool was closed incorrectly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When I went to my pool store today and told them what happened, they said that they are not at all surprised to hear this about Del Val, and a customer in line behind me chimed in and told a story about how they screwed him over as well. It at least made me feel fortunate that I did not waste as much money as he did! On a positive note, Steven the technician was a really nice guy-- Unfortunately, Mark is incapable of running a good business, as you can see from all the other negative reviews on here!
