This company was exemplary. They were prompt, hard-working, finished on time, cleaned up every day and did a beautiful job. We could not be happier.

Do not use this company. We hired Delance Drywall to remove the popcorn throughout my home, do knockdown (texture) on the walls throughout, and add an interior door and frame to one of our bedrooms (which I had to hire a handyman to fix). To start, he requested 50% of the agreed upon price (which was by no means cheap) without lifting a finger (first red flag and certainly our fault for accepting). He promised to do a sample of his work on our wall prior to commencement which he never did (second red flag). The owner is the most unreliable contractor that I have ever worked with. He would confirm a certain day and show up hours late or not show at all. His workers are incredibly messy leaving trash and cartons of food and fruit everywhere. The quality of work is deplorable at best. I hired this company for knockdown (texture) and received a mismatched orange-peel at best. The owner did not bother to have existing nails removed from the walls or patch any holes. On the onset. We agreed that he would clean-up the popcorn mess in order for us to bring in painters, and he never did. I have spent endless days and countless hours cleaning up his mess despite him telling me that he would send his cleaning crew to clean the mess. To boot, I ended up taking approximately 10 large garbage bags of trash and building materials to the city dump. My hands are numb from scraping off joint compound from my tile floors, doors, door frames, door jams, windows, toilets, bathtubs, ceiling fans, light fixtures and window blinds. If that is not bad enough, the owner had the nerve to tell me that joint compound is easily removed with a wet cloth; words that are easy to say when not doing it. I will never recommend this company to anyone as I am very dissatisfied with their work ethic, quality of work and end result.

Prompt and courteous response. The texturing was not as subtle and consistent as expected.

I hired Luis to paint the interior of our 6 bedroom villa and the very next day he began work bright and early. His crew was very professional and courteous and they completed the job in ample time. After he gave me an excellent price for the interior of the home I decided to ask him to continue work on the exterior of the home. He gave me a discounted price and continued the job in the quick but highly detailed manner that I asked for. I couldn't have found anyone better for the job or a better price. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to paint their home. They did everything I had asked for and went above and beyond for the job. I really appreciate all of their hard work. Luis the owner gave a good estimate, we accepted and they started the job 3 days later. They did the install and cleaned every day finished in 3 days. Luis had a problem one day so they got to the job late in the day and because it was his problem he gave us a discount which I thought was very good. All in all they were professional and thorough. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
