He kept adding to the original bid. I had to call him back twice to finish and it's still not complete. The toilet still is not secure. I've got to now hire a plumber to put a wax ring and anchor it properly.

"Original bid pricing was based on customers initial project designs; however upon commencement of the project the scope of work changed, which changed the price. We always strive to meet our clients expectations and returned to this customers home to repair any damage and/or complete what may have been overlooked."

Paul and his crew were friendly, hard working, kept the job sight as clean as you can keep a construction sight. Anything that needed attention was happily taken care care of quickly. Everything came off without a hitch, they moved through the house from room to room very well and we were always updated to what was going on and what was next. Paul was very honest with his billing, he came for his final payment and told me we only owed half because we bought some supplies that he said he would supply. I would never had known had he over charged but he was honest and upfront with it. We would defiantly have Delaughter Services back to our house should we need further renovations.

Mr. Delaughter was one of the hardest working contractors that I have hired. He kept us informed of everything going on during the shower replacement. He was always on time and cordial. We were very pleased with the results of the shower replacement. I would definitely hire him again when I have another big job.

Good man and workers...he does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it. They worked hard every day and always left everything tidy. This has been a wonderful experience. We will certainly use Delaughter Building again.

I had a handicap accessible bathroom built and I appreciate the suggestions from the primary carpenter. His grandparents also had to use a wheelchair so his suggestions will prove extremely beneficial. I am very pleased with the quality of work. They also converted my old bathroom into a closet so I can personally drive my electric wheelchair into the closet to select my clothes by myself! It feels good being more independent.
