Very personable fine gentleman

I really made a mistake. I should have made the repair myself. The job involved fabricating aluminum flashing over a garage door. This requires a 'brake.' A brake is a long bench style machine that bends coil stock in crisp folds. The guy made a homemade brake using 2 x 4's and hinges. The work looks terrible. I used a contractor because the damage was caused by a tenant and I wanted to charge them fairly. The man was out of his circle of expertise. Nice enough, but not competent to do the job.

Very courteous, professional, and dependable. I could list other positive attributes... we were looking for a 'handyman' type of professional that could do multiple jobs. They've delivered. I highly recommend them.

The job was small but because he made an error measuring he had to repair the wall which required him to come back two more times. He was very polite and the final result was acceptable.
