"This guys unbelievable. !!!!!!! We repaired the back lower roof for free while we were on the job site !!! ..we were at his property within hours in a rain storm to do the initial estimate and had the job completed immediately ... he is now leak free., I don't know what the problem is. We reached out to this customer numerous times to address any issues and to this day no response..."

"The roof was completed 100% and he refuses to talk or negotiate. There is no leaks, no complaints or I would have returned the next day. Most of the times I go that same day!! He was upset he had to do preventative maintenance which was silver coated roof but he does not want to talk."

This company was prompt and efficient in coming to our home to assess the problem. I called on a Sunday, thinking I would leave a message and real people answered and came the same day. They came the next day and repaired my hanging soffit and replaced the roof on both of my bow window areas. Their pricing was fair and their work and work ethics professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Dennis was very nice and reasonable! He came the same day I called and didn't try to overcharge me for. As a woman, I am grateful that he didn't try to give me a sky rocket rate. They were quick and offered other things that I should have done in the future when time and money permits!

They came out and looked at my roof and identified a bunch of problems and took pics to show me. Showed up to work when they said they would and fix my leaks.

BUYER BEWARE. I hired Dennis and Dan to coat my roof and they did a HORRIBLE job for the high cost of $1300. The work was done in 2015. Within 2 months I had to call them back to fix a leak. Within 2 years the same spot was leaking again. They claimed to use Silver Oxide but when my husband went up to inspect the roof just two years later he saw only 1/3 of the roof was done. There were plenty of black spots on the other 2/3 of the roof. I have no idea how they had such great reviews or why they are on home advisor at all!

"Poor Christine, little did she know all she had to do was contact us and we would have did everything possible to make her happy and help her out even though the warranty was expired for almost 3 years. We told her from day one that her roof appeared to be at least 25 years old and should be replaced but she didn't have the money to replace the roof. We take care of all of our customers a hundred and 10% as you can see from our other customer reviews, if Christine came to her senses we would even deduct the money she spent from the cost of a new roof at fair market price. But we were never even contacted about any problems."

Dennis and Dan arrived when they said they would very reliable, came out on Thanksgiving day to ensure they made it out before any rain. They were very professional and pointed out and repaired what needed to be fixed on the roof. No pressure to up-sell they simply evaluated fairly what was at issue and worked to resolve immediately. Recommend and would use again, I have added them as a favored pro.

Delaware County Home Contractors are among the best contractors I have ever hired. Danny in particular is outstanding. Iâve had a leak in my roof for literally over a decade. It is a complicated portion of the roof, which wraps around a circular turret. Others have attempted to fix it, but always unsuccessfully. Danny and his father arrived promptly to provide an estimate for the project. Danny spent almost an hour going over what was wrong with the existing roof and what needed to be done. He promptly provided me with a written estimate. When we hired him, he started on the job the next day and came every day thereafter until the job was complete. The craftsmanship was excellent--neat, tight joints, excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The project was top notch. They immediately contacted me after requesting a quote online. Arrived at my home a short time later. After a quick assessment they were able to complete the repair on my roof the same day. Staff was very professional. Sent pics confirming work that was conpleted. Would recommend to anyone in the surrounding area who is having roofing issues. Cost was a little pricey, but well worth it for the prompt service and work completed.

Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly knowledgeable. Went well beyond the proposed work at no additional cost. Made sure that the entire roof was secure, whereas the agreed upon scope of work was restricted to specific areas. Cleaned up after they were finished. Would hire again without hesitation.

These guys are very good at what they do. Not only are they very reasonably priced, they were very quick to respond to my inquiry as well as get the job done just as quick. They noticed an additional issue while fixing my siding and took care of that for me as well to ensure I would not have any other issues. Great work by a great couple of guys.
