We had a major home renovation planned. The owner listened to our ideas and provided advice on changes. We did have delays that were out of scope, due to the age of the home, and to bring it up to code, but those were all handled, and our home is in excellent structural condition now that the remodel is complete. Major changes included: a complete kitchen remodel, removal of walls, fireplace removal, complete master bath remodel, addition of a garage and back porch, window replacement, and a new roof. Orlando and his team completely transformed our home, and the results are just what we wanted.
