Mr Lopez was exceptional!! He and his team did a fantastic job on our extremely over grown yard. He contacted me as soon as I posted my needs and was very easy to communicate with. They were nice and did a good job. The language barrier is significant. there was a third party to translate, which helped. Have 3 way conversations with translator and mr Lopez a time or two prior to the work being done, and throughout, if needed.

Mr Lopez and his crew did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them for weeding and mulching. They also trimmed 2 trees. The price was more than I wanted to spend but the outcome was worth it. My yard looks great.

Make sure you get a written estimate BEFORE they begin work. I had an unfortunate experience wherein that did not happen - my fault. Very personable however for some reason there was a miscommunication as to what I wanted/needed done. Bottom line is that I did not get the work done that I expected. When I complained I was told that was not what we agreed upon. It got a bit ugly and I did feel that I was taken advantage of. It is unfortunate but...I was not totally pleased with the work. The workers left a lot of ;trash that was supposed to be picked up in the yard. I would be hesitant to recommend them to friends or family.
