Rick did a excellent job on my foyer. Demo on the old cracked tiles, making sure the new surface was level and free of cracks and then installing a new ceramic tile floor. I couldn't be more please with the workmanship. I highly recommend Delia.

We recently hired Vince and his team to install porcelain tile in our 119 year old historic home kitchen and laundry area. They did a great job with the tile in our kitchen but did not do anything about prepping for all of the dirt and dust. There was no barrier between the kitchen and test of the house which made everything very dirty. We had also requested a sealing of our grout but they never followed up. unfortunate as they could be better.

Very knowledgable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They were even creative in working around some issues at the site!

Vince Delia has his strong points and his weaknesses. On the plus side is his timeliness and the fact that he stayed with the job and didn't leave for other work until the job was completed. He returned to do some clean-up promptly when called. The tile job was done well although he had to come back to completely remove the grout haze from the white tile. The installation of the vanity and vanity top was fine. Unfortunately, an over-the-mirror light fixture had to be removed and replaced with two sconces so some spackling had to be done for the hole for the overhead box. Vince had installed thee mirror over the vanity before he spackled the electrical box hole or, let's say he didn't remove the mirror to do the spackling. As a result there was spackle on the top of the mirror frame and the electrical box was not completely covered with spackle. The job Vince did was satisfactory, but the devil is in the details.

Very dependable, straight-forward guys. Vince was great at seeing my vision for the bathroom and worked with the room and my requests to make it possible. Price was fair, this is not a discount installer. Overall very satisfied with the end result.

The workers arrived on the scheduled date and time and finished the job on time. They were efficient, skillfull and maintained a clean work environment. Everyone that sees the new floor comments that Delia's did a great job. I will most certainly hire them to do future work at our home.
