Adam Khan is a con man, do not hire him. He also uses another business name called "On Demand Plumbing" to hide his identity due to the bad reviews here. He was hired to fix a leak in my main water line. He presented himself as a business with a crew who has done this many times. I never did any of the prep work to even find the water line. He dug up unrelated areas of my property and then broke the wastewater line, causing sewage to flow all over the yard. He then digs a trench to try to drain it, destroying much of my yard. He tried to inflate the cost of the project claiming that it was out of scope. I told him that he broke it, so he needs to fix it. By the end of the evening, he claimed he was done, and he wanted to be paid the balance, I told him that I wouldn't pay he a time until a third party certified that everything was working correctly. He refused to leave my property and began to threaten me. Do not hire him

I would never recommend this company or to work with Adam. He is not to be trusted. The way and timing of how the information was delivered was super sketchy. We signed a contract and if we would've know how much more extra money that project was going to cost, we wouldn't have done it at all... but of course, all of those factors were coming up when the project already had started. He had the nerve to ask for $2,800 to navigate through the boulders when he said if it came to it, he will handle it at not extra cost. When we pushed back he said he was going to honor the price because asking for more money is not the way he likes to operate his business even though he end up doing exactly what he said he wasn't going to do. Repetitively late. Demanding being paid more % after the 50% down. He even demanded to pay off the project with a threat of never coming back to complete the 2nd project when the first wasn't even done complete. My husband naively agreed, believing in him, giving him the benefit of the doubt... (because at this point he wouldn't talk to me, since I will call him out for coming at 3 pm and demanding to stay until midnight or very late, when is other people in the house sleeping right above the basement). A project that should've taken up to 5 days took more than one month. Did he came back to fix his **** ups? No. Of course he didn't. He charged us to remove a P-trap saying that it wasn't up to code, that causing to move something in the drain below the bathtub which he charged us almost 1k to fix when he definetly and Now i have no doubt about it, he caused it. When we told him that, he said we weren't going to be able to prove he did it to his insurance so not to bother. He demanded to be paid in full and pressuring us to do it right away. We are first home time buyers and he took advantage of us. Ghosting us. We have waited an additional month hoping he was going to come back to finish the concrete, put back the P-trap (of course he wasn't going to give us any refund for charging to do something it wasnt supposed to be done). We told him SEVERAL times from the very beginning even before signing the contract that the concrete needed to be flushed like he was never here. End result was all bumpy and full of rocks... when asked about he asked surprised like he didn't new. Total conartist. Grifter and shameless!! Bad example to his own children what awful human being he is. Zero integrity. Be very careful, he may sound professional but he definetely is after your money and zero quality job. since he left we had issues with his work. the last time we heard from him was asking if we wanted to complete the installation of the ejector pump lol, asking for more money of course, we said no because we can't afford anymore and asked him to finish for what we already paid for. Anyway.... bad review, awful experience and seriously considering taking legal action if he doesn't reach back to us before the end of the year. I guess we will see him in court.

They took half the money for the job, they asked us to buy material and the materials were not appropriate. He picked up two workers from the street. He did not pay the workers. After Dec 16th, they have not been back to complete any more work.

Only disappointment was inability, to accept credit card

We paid for services and we did not get what we expected. Lack of communication.

I got connected to Adam after 11PM on the day after Thanksgiving. Bathroom on the main floor flooded and main sewer line was clogged with tree roots, I could not do anything but start searching for the pros. Adam arrived within an hour to address the issue, did the snake thing through the sewer pipe and was gone in about half an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call him again.

The contractor returned my call for the service and came out in a timely manner. He was fast, cleaned up the work area when done and made suggestions to help with maintenance and prevention. He also stated he guarantees his work and will come out at anytime off day if need. I was very grateful for the expedited service and I will be giving his contact as a referral to my neighbors and friends.

Adam and Derrill apparently just started STROUD MULTI SERVICES - which was recommended to me on October 18th. On Oct. 19 Adam came to look at the job and gave me a price of $1500. On Oct. 20th the work started and I paid a 50% downpayment of $750. The job was supposed to be done in 1 or 2 days. Later on, Oct 20th Stroud Multi Services suddenly needed materials to be paid (not mentioned in the original price agreement). So I naively paid $1300 materials after receiving partial text photos of two materials receipts. Adam said the price would now be $2500. Later when I examined the receipts - they had purchased power tools (Sawzall for $199), roofing materials (?? for a bathroom job), and most items not used at my property. Since I was responsible for disposal of their used packaging and materials & old shower rip out myself (not included in the price) I know they did NOT use 4 bags of concrete or 2x ceramic tile adhesive or 5 tubes of silicone or grout haze remover etc. After more than 1 week (remember the job would be done in 1 or 2 days) - Adam finally found a subcontractor at our local Ace hardware store who he promised to pay anything you need to get the job done. The subcontractor completed the job after he personally purchased another $200+ in materials (since Stroud Multi-Services) had not left anything on site except the shower base and glass doors = a total of $699. Today November 4th I am still trying to get my house key back from Stroud Multi Services. At the conclusion of the job - Stroud Multi Services issued a bill to me for $3800 with fictional charges like shopping time for materials (remember his 2nd price was $2500 for a corner shower install)- and no record that I already paid them $2050 via Zelle/Bank. Also - Stroud Multi Services has only paid the subcontractor $250 so far for his work (despite me paying Stroud MS a $750 labor downpayment on Oct. 20th and the subcontractor completing the job on Oct. 30th). Conclusion: DO NOT HIRE STROUD MULTI SERVICES The facts above are all well documented with texts and bank receipts.

These guys do terrific work they take their time and pay attention to all detail. My property looks great and I owe it all to them. Their friendly and I'm definitely keeping them as my Handyman.
