Delk Siding Solutions

I had Delk Siding install siding on our house las October. This was supposed to be done in July/August, but they kept delaying the project. They did a good job, but I noticed a hole in the siding they put in our house with their scaffold. I contacted them about getting the siding fixed, and with back and forth conversation, they stopped responding. I sent them pictures of the damage but they didn't seem to interested in fixing it. They also said they were going to come out and tie down our satelite cable that they moved. It is now just flowing freely against the house. They are not very good at communicating with the customer, as I constantly had to call them to get updates on the original installation. As of May 4, they haven't come out or responded. That's too bad because they did a good job and seemed professional, but communication is not their best asset. I originally gave them five stars, but with the current situation, I reduced it down to a 3.
