They were great!! They showed for set appointment right on time. Service person Frank Wilson was friendly and knowledgable and explained everything. DIdn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. Even removed a dead criiter to fix the problem. I had a such a great experience that I signed a one year maintenance contract with Dell all because of Frank. This is the first time I've had an AC repair person in my home and I didn't get upset. Thank you for your great service!

Fixed my urgent problem in a very fast timeframe. Great quality of work but a little on the expensive side because they provided repair service after 5PM.

Mike was great to work with during the inspection. He replaced my airfilter and recommended a warranty. I still feel as though my A/C is not putting out the appropriate amount of heat and it feels uneven in my home. I needed more to be done to resolve that problem.

The entire process from talking with the rep to the prompt technician was very delightful. My furnace problem, unknown to me was very simple. The technician spotted it right away and explained to me everything he was doing. I definately am a grateful customer.

Contacted me before I got off computer. Came right out and determined problem. Could not get parts till Monday. Came out first thing Monday and repaired.

They came out the same night and replaced the AC over the next couple days. It came with a longterm maintenance plan for free, which ended up being a good deal.

I hired Dell Air to repair my A/C at the house. After paying for freon on 2 occasions it turned out I needed an evap coil. I was already money in the hole with them so I accepted. They came out with a coil that was much bigger than my old coil and had to force it to fit. Customer service was bad as well from 1 tech. I am certain my air is not blowing like it was when it was working before. Now setting my thermostat to 76 deg during the day time (summer) my air runs all day nonstop and instead of the house cooling to 76 it goes up to 78-79 deg. So, my energy bill suffers tremendously! I feel they couldnt care less after speaking with the owner

So far I'm satsified. There was a repair issue with my unit which required a part to be ordered and a return trip to be made. I had apprehension @ first after wathing the news of companies not holding up their promises. The technician ordered the part and came back the next week as he said he would. I'm happy with the service and thinking of having them to come back in the fall for the prewinter maintenance tuneup.

The contractor arrived early. He appeared to diagnose the problem immediately. He resolved the problem in a quick and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Where can I start...... the service was nothing but excellent from the begining to end. I place a request in to have someone come out and the tech was very informative and professional. He explained the problem and I shcedule to have the work done. I receive a Thank You card from them before the work was even done, I always look for good customer service and Dell Air not only showed it in their work performance but attidude. They are what a good Company is made of. I would use them again and recommend to my friends and family. "Great Job "

He came out and acted thourough, and was pleasant, but didnt identify why my AC wasnt cooling the place. He then said it was possible that there was acid in my lines and said it would cost me 1000$ to flush the coolant!!! It just seemed that they wanted to sell AC units more than fix or repair AC units. I didnt need to pay 65$ for someone to tell me how expensive AC units are and change my air filter. That is about all I got done for the 65$.

Came out on time. Very Thorough and patient. Explained all issues and answered all questions. Provided great recommendations as to what needed to be done as well as what was needed for on-going maintenance. Would definitely use again if there were issues.
