They returned my call quickly and were able to come out at a convenient time for me. I just moved into a new house and I had them spray inside and outside for insects and pest. Prices were very reasonable and would use them again if needed.

So far I'm more than pleased with the work and the people I've had any dealings with. They were prompt and courteous but the best part is they knew how to take care of my problem (roaches) Most are gone after the first treatment and just started the second part today. Hope and expect that I'll be BUG free in a few more days.

Reba listened to my concerns, took her time, and did an extremely efficient job. I've had other 'exterminators' at the house in prior years, but Reba was definitely the best. And, weeks later - problems still gone! She was fast to respond, and accommodated my schedule.

Polite, prompt service and communixation

This review is not based on the pest control service. It is based on the business practices and customer service received. We pre-paid a yearly contract for service and when the time for renewal came the Office manager Robin Dellinger attempted to strong arm us into renewing. We received service under our current contract and they attempted to tie that service to a commitment to renew, using the signed receipt from the tenant as agreement to renew and threatening to pursue collections if I do not renew. It is the principal of the matter, bad business practice. Gulzar is with Apex now!
Response by Dell Pest Exterminating: Amirah A. is expressing buyers remorse due to her actual verbal approval of the renewal, and then being contacted by our former worker with a better offer to go with his new company. It has nothing to do with the quality of work or being strong armed for that matter, but the principle of the matter being that she gave verbal authorization for a renewal of her pest control and then decided against it after the work was done and she had been contacted by the other company. The customer is now trying to back out of her obligation. She verbally committed to paying for the completed work after a month and then tried to rescind.
