Good service and installation.

Charged $1,600 to fix a main water line to the house, 6 months later the same issue reoccurred and when I called the number I was told this is not the correct number.

Joe and Rob did a fantastic job I am very satisfied with the work and they were very professional about the job I’m pleased

Worst experience ever with a company. Did not respect appointments, after giving price asked for a **visit charge** although they already visited and saw the work. The tech had a nasty attitude over the phone when calling from the inside community and finally once there wants to more than double the price of the job. STAY AWAY!

TEchnician did not come for initial appointment but showed up the next day. He did an adequate job but should have checked with me about using the snake as I think it did more damage. There had been a leak a couple of years ago which was fixed with a dark sludge material. Which seems to have now lodged in the bottom of the toilet bowl. As a result of using the snake. And the toilet still has a faulty flush but a little bit better. The t echnician was polite, clean, worked quickly and wore a mask. A nice man but perhaps tired and had difficulty with my deafness. My daughter in law dealt with him mostly and was not aware of the previous leaking and use of sludge. He did not charge me but then the toilet is still faulty. What can I say? Everyone nice and helpful but the toilet still does not flush properly. BUT then he did not charge me.

Rob is extremely knowledgeable and tells you like it is and how much $$. He works till the job is completed.

They replied quickly and did the work but it was very expensive. They gave me a quote for another project and I decided to go with someone else because Della Ross s quote was over twice the amount of the company I used.
