Asphalt Sealing
The driveway sealing was done very well and for a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and the work was so good that other neighbors hired Mark to do their driveways also. Highly recommended.

Called immediately, showed up for the estimate the same day and finished the work a week later.

Asphalt Sealing
Although the company name indicates excavation and construction, HomeAdvisor llsted it as also doing driveway sealcoating. Mark Dellavalle responded quickly when asked to give an estimate and then did a very nice job for a very reasonable price. He's also a very nice guy.

Asphalt Sealing
I almost didn't request a quote from Dellavalle because they are not specifically a sealcoat company, but Mark was the only one of three contractors I requested quotes from to even get back to me. He came out the next day, on a Sunday, and gave us a price that we felt was fair. He was able to come out 2 days later and get the job done. He was very careful with his work and didn't get a drop of sealcoat on our paver walk or concrete garage apron. Sealcoating may not be in their name, but they definitely know what they're doing, so I'm glad I requested a quote from them.

Asphalt Sealing
Nice guy but kinda all over the place. Gives me a quote and then tells me his son thought they should get paid much more for the job. Overall work was good even though it was not everything that was supposed to be done.

Asphalt Sealing
They did a great job sealing our driveway even in the thunder and lightning and worked to dry the driveway as best as possible to prevent any damage from a pop-up thunderstorm. The driveway looks fantastic!

These guys are a class act. They know what they are doing, they get the job done with state of the art equipment, and the cost is very reasonable. Great cleanup job too. I highly recommend them!
