They were prompt knowledgeable and easy going about the complications of our post construction carpet cleaning.

I own a 768 sq. ft. condo. Delmaris showed up on time and got the carpets noticeably (much) cleaner. Good price!

Hard-working & in some respects do an excellent job. JUST a basic carpet cleaning, then they do a good job. My carpets were very dirty when they arrived and VERY clean when they left. Overall, however, while they "guarantee" 100% satisfaction, my experience was that they cut corners. I asked them twice if they would vacuum before treating & cleaning. They said they would, but never did. The carpets also didn't dry for over 48 hours - WAY too long for a normal cleaning. They also told me they could install padding that needed replacing. They used the wrong thickness of padding & STILL haven't come to replace the tack strip they removed.

Tony was great. His team and he did a good job. The team was professional and went the extra mile to complete the work to our satisfaction. End Result: We have Tony and his team come on a regular basis every 3-4 weeks for cleaning.

I will not recommend this company because he did not clean my carpet what he promised and agreed on originally and He charged me 160 dollars. He did not remove stain from carpet and just did a little shampoo and told us this will dry out within 4 hours but it took 2 days to dry out. This wasn't a good experience for us especially I have two young kids. He came over in our house for estimate and promised us that he will take care of all the stains then when he showed up to our home he asked us for more money in order for him to treat the stains. I asked him where is your contract that says I have to pay extra for these and he turned silent.

Delmaris Carpet Cleaning were wonderful. They were very professional, prompt and their work is excellent. We had to change our date and time several times due to closing date and time changing on us with purchasing our house. Delmaris was very understanding and went out of their way to fit us in at the last minute so that we could get the carpets cleaned before the movers came. The carpet was badly stained in some areas and the previous owners had cats so they had a tough job. They were able to remove all the stains and every trace of cats-the carpets looked great-like brand new. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
