The work on our home included drywall repair, electrical repair and installation of towel bars in three bathrooms. All work was performed timely and expertly. Each man really enjoyed their work and took particular pride in their craftsmanship. They showed up on time and were respectful and personable. I would take particular pride in highly recommending Delmarva to anyone in need of their services. Would give them five stars in every category.

Anyone that reads his website would be wised and move to the next.

We installed a heating element and it went bad. We came back out and replaced it again and everything is working, there was NO CHARGE for the replacement of the element because we warranty our service. The resident had nothing but praise while we were there both times. He would not answer or return follow up phone calls for us to see how he dryer was working.

Came on the day I called, which was important as it was a roof problem. Got there right at the appointment time and got right to work. Carefully removed the damaged shingle, pulled up nails, scraped out old asphalt, installed new shingle, nailed in place and heated to melt into existing shingles. Very happy with result.
