The fact this that this company has any positive reviews is difficult to comprehend. We know of a 9 other people who he has defrauded or quit on. He has been arrested 9 times!! Avoid Delmarva Landscape Solutions (and whatever company name he is using currently) and Jeremy Bowen at all costs. And if you chose to contract with him, be careful how much money you give him upfront. Consider yourself warned.

Owner Jeremy Bowen was arrested in 2016 for burglary and assaulting a police officer and again in 2017 for home improvement fraud! And the most recent arrest was on March 13, 2024 this time for felony home improvement fraud. I donâ  t know about you but I donâ  t want him any where near my home.

This person is a scam artist and should not be trusted. I am not going to repeat what others had listed here. It's all the same thing.

He stole our money. He is a fraud.

We contracted with this company in the summer of 2022. After delays, we finally had a tree taken down as part of the contract. Two weeks later, they broke ground, and as per the contract, we were told the second installment was due immediately, and then our project came to a screeching halt. There were permit issues, crew issues, communication issues, and broken promises. In March 2023, walls were finally installed and concrete poured, and again, the project stopped. We solicited several bids to finish the work this company started, and most declined due to the poor workmanship. Two companies said they would complete the pool but offered no warranty. One contractor told us that the pool was 5 inches from being square, and his standard was half an inch. We fired this company on May 1, 2023, and proceeded to have the pool walls ripped out and start from scratch. It is something we should have done sooner. We know others in the same situation, so I cannot recommend strongly enough that you choose another company.

Pool Assembly Professionally, Jeremy is very professional with his knowledge of work. If he see things arenâ t going right he will make an effort to get it done right even if that mean change personal. His crew is extremely busy with other jobs but Jeremy will come when needed. Cleanliness, Iâ ll give it a 4.5 because I had to break some boxes for recycling but it wasnâ t a problem. Overall will I recommend this company, the answer is a big fat YESSSSSS.. ð

Jeremy was always responsive to our calls and listened to what we wanted. While there were some initial delays, he and his team installed a beautiful driveway that exceeded our expectations. Jeremy has a good eye for the design, installing a double boarder and herringbone pattern that is the envy of the neighborhood. He is a really nice guy and we highly recommend him.

Hired Delmarva Landscape Solutions to install interlocking pavers for backyard patio. Jeremy suggested laying the pavers in a herring bone pattern and that was definitely the right solution. The patio looks great. He also installed a circular wall about 2 feet high at back of the patio to provide seating. The wall is a wonderful finishing touch. I definitely recommend them!

Jeremy has performed as advertised and then some! The communications were consistently excellent. He has even called to follow-up and advise. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Jeremy and his crew were great! They were able to come out to clean up our leaves and remove an old fence promptly within a few days of me contacting them. The price was incredibly reasonable and under what I was expecting. They were courteous and very personable. Our yard looks great! Would definitely use them again for any type of yard and landscaping work.

Company was very responsive .. came out to evaluate the area shortly after I called and the whole job was done within a week. Very pleasant individuals. The job was neat and tidy.
