Delmarvalous

In January 2020, I hired Ryan Walls (Delmarvalous) to install a metal awning over my double basement doors. I gave him $600 down to purchase materials, or so he told me. I have the signed contract. That is the last I saw of him or my $600. Emails come back as undeliverable and I get an answering service when I call. To say these people are crooks is an understatement. If this review allowed minus zero, that is what this company would get.

The price was fair and he did a good job. Came on time when he said he was going to be here. Customer service was good.

Reliable, honest, wants to get job done right and price for screening my portch was very reasonable.

He did a good job but did not follow through. He is currently not responding to my phone calls.

This company arrived at the appointed time, respected our time, respected our home and clean up after the work. They did a beautiful job and we get complements everyday on our porch. We would definitely hire them again

When everything was finalized and arranged the work was done quickly. We are happy with the finished project and can t wait to enjoy sitting on our new porch.

Suppliers provided the wrong insulation but Ryan corrected the problem. He was responsive, timely, and the price was right.

Ryan installed a screen enclosure for my covered porch. His work is excellent and he takes time to explain all about the type of screens and his work. His price was comparable to another quote received and the job was completed promptly. Several of my neighbors have also hired him.

Ryan was very polite and answered all my questions and even offered an alternative screen type for our screened in back porch. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.
