First, he is not reliable. Second, his work is not indicative of what a plumber should be. Several other plumbers said his work was awful. He's sloppy and doesn't have the right acumen to be a plumber. He caused a flood in my basement, and I will be taking pictures of all of this. Along with this, he will try to cheat you on the money.

This company quoted me $125.00 to install my faucets in the kitchen. He had trouble getting into position to remove the old faucets and had to cut the old one off. Because he had to cut them off before he installed the new faucets he charged me $250.00. I feel I was taken advantage of. He worked less than two hours.

Replaced garbage disposal and fixed toilet made a great observation for me to get a new toilet to avoid a disaster in a few months. I took his advise and hired him to replace the toilet completely within a week.

They did exactly what they said they would do and even had to rebuild the floor underneath the unit. They also vented it properly as the original vent was not done so.

Bill is terrific - replaced hardware on a claw foot tub for me. Also fixed a leak. Stopped by another time and found a simple solution to a common problem. They didn't overcharge overall and I will be going back to them to replace a hot water heater soon. Highly recommend service provider.

I was very pleased. They were very quick. I just thought that $250 for their labor for only being there 45 minutes was a little high. Total price was over $400 including shower fixtures. Nice guys!!
