Delta Door

Bob is a great guy. I asked him to come out to my home and fix the door that came off the hinge. I tried to fix it myself and failed at it. when he came he fixed it and gave me great advice on how I should go about fixing it at a decent price. His Prices are beyond fair and is a great person in general. I filled a claim to get my opener replaced and the company the warranty company chose (Winston Garage Door) billed the company $700.00 for an opener that cost less than $100.00. Winston wanted to up-sale me on maintenance that was already done by Delta door and when I declined to pay and additional $331.00, Winston drug their feet when ordering the machine. I recommend Bob and Delta Door above any franchise/chain door company.

This is a recommendation for a great garage door company - Delta Door. We used Delta Door 2 years ago when one of the springs over the garage door broke from old age. We went ahead and replaced both of them. They did a good job, charged a fair price, and when we needed help today, that's who we called. My wife returned from taking the dog to the vet announcing, "I screwed up." I quickly went through 2, 374 possible scenarios before she told me, "I backed into the garage door on my way to the vet. I tossed my coat on and went to the garage to survey the damage. In my mind, I imagined the door crushed in half, and wondered how I was going to keep thieves from emptying my garage tonight. Fortunately, it wasn't that bad. She just knocked a roller off the track. I just had my left knee replaced so I decided I was in no shape to try to fix it myself so I asked her to call Delta Door. We lucked out - they were already in the area and said they could squeeze us in and be at our house in an hour. When they arrived I showed them the roller, and asked, "Is this a big deal or a little deal?" They said it was "a little deal" and sure enough, they popped the roller back in and hammered the track back in shape within two minutes. Then they gave our garage door a tune-up, spraying the track with lubricant and tightening all the hardware. Total Charge: $78.00. I thought I'd end up paying at least a couple of hundred bucks. The two guys that did the repairs were great. I highly recommend Delta Door for any garage door or opener jobs.

Delta garage door is reliable company. One of garage door section string was broken. Bob replied quickly after I left message. He quoted first by the picture I sent, he advised to replace the section piece after he came to see the broken part. then he ordered the new piece and installed in a short time. also help us to fix one crack to avoid worst happened. Their quote is competitive and service is quick and awesome. I really appreciated Bob and his partner.

Great service and quality for the money. Due to supply problems it took a while to get the garage doors that were ordered. During that time one of the springs on one of the old garage doors broke. They fixed it for no charge while I waited for the new doors to arrive. When the doors came in installation was fast and the doors look great.

Above and beyond my expectations. They let me know when to expect them, then called to let me know when they were on the way. After replacing the broken spring on my garage with the exact same size, they realized that the old spring wasn't really the right size -- the door would fall when disconnected from the opener, and it took extra pressure to get it to the floor. They could have left it that way and I would have never known it wasn't ideal. But they said they would come back the next day with the correct size spring and get it done right, and they did. On top of that they fixed my connection from the opener to the door where the bolts were tearing out from the steel, all this at no added cost from the quote over the phone. They really made my day!
