INCREDIBLE service. We were expecting a complete replacement project. We expected to spend money we didn't have (had to get the door fixed) so we could access our garage. What we got was a great attitude, Awesome service, amazing prices, and Fast help. No BS. No Up-sale, No attitude. The service tech was willing and able to answer any of my questions without talking down or acting like I was a nuisance. Estimate 2 hours and finished in half the time. I will be calling this company again and buying from them in the future.

Todd was incredible, he texted me back immediately and had my dream garage door opener on his truck when he arrived. He was prompt and professional. We had everything replaced and up and running within 3hrs and they were very detailed in operational instructions. They even programmed my car home link mirror, MyQ and MyKey for Amazon deliveries.

Being late afternoo, Todd was at my home the next morning, and his knowledgeability and skill were noted almost immediately. Although I wondered if my door was due for replacement, there was no pressure to install a new one, and in fact, I was assured that with some minor additional maintenance, I could likely get several years of additional service from this door. My RV door was stuck and the cable had come loose. I called APlus to come quote me a price. They told me I would need to replace all 4 springs. They quoted me for commercial springs which I told them I could not afford so they told me they could install residential about half the price. I decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Delta Garage came out and got the door down told me the springs were fine and it just needed a simple repair job, much cheaper than replacing springs that did not need to be replaced. Great guys. Very experienced and HONEST. That is hard to find. They will be my go to repair guys for garage doors from now on.

I entered my stuck garage door into HomeAdvisor at 7 AM, Todd from Delta had it fixed before noon. The door was tilted, so he had to straighten it out. His prices were low and I had him service my other door while he was here. I am extremely happy that Todd from Delta made this job painless and inexpensive, and the door works quietly and smoothly now.
