Eric was fast and efficient! I put my request in and he followed up with me immediately. He came out and saw that I needed some supplies, he went and got them and came back and got the work done. Delta did a great job on our recent dryer repair. They were very punctual (showed up right on time), knowledgeable (knew the issue once described over phone without even seeing it yet) and took time to explain the issue in detail so we could understand. They also showed up same day as the request, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Very friendly and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Technician opened up my dryer determined that I didn’t need a new part just cleaned out the old one. He saved me money by only charging me for the service call and not installing parts that weren’t needed. Dryer works great! Thank you!

Eric was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had the forethought to bring the probable replacement part with him. He completed the repair in 30 minutes and was very efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

The price was a little bit more expensive than I wanted to pay. But the guys were super fast and super nice.

I will never hire them again. The oven was not completely installed and I am still waiting for them to pick up the old oven/box. I believe they are sham artists. I have to hire someone else to haul away the old oven. I have disputed the charges on my credit card.

They started out very well but didn't follow through with what they promised. I tried to contact them several times but they didn't return my calls.
