This is a family-owned, insured, licensed with multiple fields in home improvement and repairing company. We hired it to remodel the basement with projects of installing porcelain tiles; replace the laundry tub with retuning gas and water supply lines, bathroom upgrade with new toilet, fixing leaking walls. We are very satisfied with the high-quality jobs that were far beyond our expectations. George is a good owner, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with. Most of all, he puts job quality and customer satisfaction above anything else. During the project time, he checked each step to adjust or changing methods to guarantee the best workmanship. Also, he offered additional services without extra costs. We highly recommend them to others with multiple projects. We are planning to hire him to remodel our other houses in the near future.

Drywall - Repair
Do not hire this company! I don't believe he has license for all the work he is doing. Especially the floor work we had him do.

"Customer was called in a timely fashion. Agreed to come in and do additional work at no cost (not initially in estimate, that both parties signed). She insisted that all other companies always do the additional work and is expected when she did not pay for it. Regardless we stand by our work and still want our customers happy. Agreed to go in the following day and still insisted on posting this lies. Without having finished the total project. We are licensed and have on file at all times and fully insured. Provide copy of license and number to all customers upon request."

Drywall - Install
The project was both drywalling and painting the entire basement. George was excellent in communicating with me during every phase of the project. His team worked hard, was respectful and the job was completed as promised in 4 days. His original estimate was the actual price for the completed work. I highly recommend Delta Painting & Construction!

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
The job consisted of patching, plastering and painting 2 large holes- one in a ceiling, the other in a closet wall & floor. They did an excellent job in minimal time.

I had several contractors visit my place of residence. When I first met the individuals who worked for Delta Painting and Construction, my wife and I were extremely impressed. If you were looking for a company that emphasized high quality work, look no further. Not only do they do fantastic work, but they took the time to understand our needs and made sure our expectations were met at a reasonable price.
