Alan R. Payson, UT I had major restoration work done as a result of a sewer line backup... as well as a complete remodel of our home by Prime Restoration that begun shortly thereafter. That said, I cannot say enough fine things about our Prime Restoration experience: - Prompt response to our initial call for assistance to address the line backup (on a Sunday, nonetheless) - Clear explanation of the needed actions required as they worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night to contain water damage along with initiating the dry-out process to avoid having the situation worsen. - Their honesty and integrity in completing our project to our full satisfaction was impressive to say the least - no overcharges and much help along the way to shape and direct the desired outcome targets. Lastly, I could go on and on with this glowing review, yet I do not what this review to be too wordy. Thanks again to the prime restoration team for your skills, professionalism and caring!

Delta performed mold mitigation in downstairs rooms. Mold/drywall was removed with rooms sealed and no dust or residue in other areas. Red carpet plastic preserved floors with plastic zipper doors keeping the dust in the affected rooms only. Fair price and done in a reasonable period of time.

Fair and honest pricing. All mold removed and the room was very clean. They did a good job with red carpet plastic to protect floors and plastic doors to keep drywall and mold out of the rest of the house.

They do excellent work and I would highly recommend.
