Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
The finish on my garage floor was poor in my opinion. There were broom marks all over the surface although I asked for a smooth finish. I was told by the contractor that I got what I requested since the finish I really wanted was called a polished finish. I am not a concrete professional so I was not aware of the technical terms. I feel that should have been made clear to me when we discussed the project. I ended-up sanding the entire floor on my hands and knees using a belt sander, The finish was still not what I desired.

I was very pleased with the job that they did. They were very professional, the job was done as promised and it turned out beautiful. I was also surprised how reasonable their price was. I would recommend them (and did) to anyone wanting their driveway done.

Was told needed 2 days of no rain before he could do work. Rained the morning of appt. he showed anyway said my driveway was as dry as it was going to get. It rained few hrs after they did job, sealcoat & crack filling washed away. Called kevin 4 x's w/no answer finally emailed him, he said "no worries" he would redo job. Guy came resprayed w/out refilling cracks. Once I pointed it out he filled it. Job is sloppy and still have crack. Called kevin no answer, emailed him & sent pics & told him to call me. He emailed "no worries" will redo, I'm still waiting, no call no show... filing w/BBB

"With all do respect...the expectations of the above client were much too high. For $349 I explained that we would be filling the thousands of cracks and spray sealing the poorly maintained asphalt. Again, with all due respect, the driveway was in unbelievably horrible shape and closeto 25-30 yrs old. We are good, but I am not a magician. I can only do the best I can with the canvas I'm provided. In my opinion a new asphalt driveway should have been installed many years ago. There is no way to make a driveway that old and that deteriorated/neglected look brand new. The homeowner expected an impossible outcome. We do our very best ALWAYS"

I was looking to have my driveway seal coated. Kevin's company was one of the few that actually got back to me with a quote. I guess my job was not big enough for the other companies. Anyway, Kevin was very professional and gave me a very competitive quote. They did an excellent job on my driveway. They even managed to clean and cover up an oil stain I had on the driveway. If you're looking to have any work done on your driveway, call Delta first. Will definitely hire them again.

A job well done! Kevin responded immediately to my request for an estimate. When I accepted the reasonably priced proposal the work was completed to my total satisfaction within a week of the estimate despite less than ideal weather conditions. Kevin listened carefully to what needed to be done and his experience was evident in his responses. He was always reachable and promptly returned calls if I didn't get him on the first try. A true professional. The unbelievably hard-working, courteous crew were always checking to be sure they were providing what I wanted. I highly recommend Delta.

Kevin was professional and knowledgable. His crew were some of the hardest working folks I ever saw! JoJo and her crew worked non-stop to get the job done and checked with me to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. The price was fair and within our budget. Clean up was thorough. I will definately use Delta again for future projects.

My contact Kevin Goerlitz did a great job of keeping me up to date on the progress of the work. There were weather issues that delayed the concrete walk way and drivway sealing and Kevin made sure the conditions were right before pouring the concrete and sealcoating. The rain that came unpredicted stained the concrete on the landing and Kevin had it redone right away, I would recommend Delta Striping andSeal Coating to my friends.
