Central A/C Service or Repair
Jason was great. Replace the capacitor in my outdoor unit and headed up and working again in about 15 minutes.My neighbor also had her air conditioning go out last week and had been waiting over a week for someone to come out. Jason volunteered to take a quick look at her system as well and fixed it very quickly. Individual proprietor who takes great pride in his work, lots of experience, honest, great customer service. We would definitely hire him again

Swamp Cooler Service or Repair
Please, no cigarette smoking while on the roof; we could smell that inside the house when they turned on our unit. I am very allergic to smoke and we have a son with very serious health issues. Smoking on the job is â unacceptableâ unless youâ re selling cigarettes.

I had Delta T install a new furnace and humidifier in my 100 year old home. The entire crew was amazing. They were very responsive from the beginning from providing an estimate to setting up an installation appointment as well as with all of my follow up questions. The installation crew was very attentive to detail and did a stellar job. They left the furnace area very clean (cleaner than before they got there!) Unfortunately, I ended up having a faulty thermostat that didn't become obvious until a few weeks of use and they took care of it right away and got everything working in tip-top shape. So, in summary, excellent customer service and excellent tradesmanship. There is no question I will continue to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Swamp Cooler Service or Repair
I had to knock off half of a point because they canceled the original day and time of the service due to it raining. I arrived home about 15 minutes after cancellation to clear skies the rest of the day. They did come the very next morning and took care of everything including cleaning up and with the service contract will be back in the fall to get our swamp cooler ready for winter.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Furnace was clean and in good operating condition. The inspection and certification only took 30 minutes but the price was the same, which seemed a bit high given the time involved but I guess that's the cost of the certification.
