We completed our 1st major condo renovation which consisted of gutting a master bathroom down to the studs & renovating a powder room; the master bath project was precipitated by a toilet leak (fun!). Two plumbers, 1 Serve Pro, & 1 evasive contractor later have left us with a gaping whole in our bathroom floor for weeks (super fun!). Horacio, owner of Delucca Contracting, returned my call within 5 mins from the time I completed my request on Home Advisor. It s worth mentioning that this was also after working hours and on a major national holiday. From the beginning, Horacio conducted himself professionally was patient, responsive, accommodating, and considerate as we asked a multitude of questions, brainstormed many ideas, coordinated schedules, and implemented the decisions throughout the entire process. He is meticulous about his work, and we couldn t be any more pleased with the final results. We highly recommend this company, and I m sure we ll be contacting Horacio for our future renovation projects. Cheers!

Delucca Contracting did my patio, walkway, wooden stairs, mini deck, new cellar door and installed a sum pump in basement entrance. Finished the project on time and looks beautiful. Delucca Contracting is detail-oriented and creative, Horacio Delucca, is a great person to work with, he takes his time to explain the project, giving different options and listens to any concerns and finds solutions in a very creative way and with taste. The cellar door he installed was custom made, he put beautiful iron hinges and handle on the door which gives the door a sophisticated look. Adding to all this his price is very reasonable, highly recommended.
