WARNING! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK AND EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE READING THIS! Lorena M WORK WAS TERRIBLE. I am still having a lot of problems with (1) LEAKAGES (BIG AREA) where I had to put a tarp, and she did not want to pay me back (2) MULTIPLE EXPOSED NAIL HEADS which can potentially become leakages while the WARRANTY ONLY LAST FOR 3 YEARS! so you will be with a big problem after that, (3) The FINISHED OF ALL SEALANTS, PAINTS (no paint tape used) AND INTERIOR REPAIRS ARE UNACCEPTABLE. I had to pay out of my pocket for things she said she would pay me back and she did not. I am really so disappointed and regretful for contracting this woman. Save yourself from a bad experience. IN ADDITION, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! She will ask you to sign a document which literally means - I will keep all of your insurance claim money for myself- . EVEN WHEN SHE DOES NOT COMPLETE ALL WORK. BE CAREFUL! MAKE SURE YOU WRITE ON HER CONTRACT THAT WORK HAS TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO THE INSURANCE APPRAISAL ESTIMATES before signing. Lorena conducted herself with the upmost dishonesty. Lorena became irate because I asked for final documents. She did not have anything prepared for me; she just expected to collect full payment from the insurance claim. SHE PROVIDED MY INSURANCE COMPANY A FINAL INVOICE DESCRIBING ALL WORK DONE, WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT. She decided on painting certain things instead of replacing them while others she did not even touch. However, when it came to billing, she billed as if she was replacing and complete all work. For a homeowner, this will represent future problems with your insurance company since your it will not cover that work anymore. BEWARE! LORENA M has the ability of LYING VERY EASILY, so get PROOF (records, pictures, signatures) of everything, at least write it on a paper and make her signed what she said because later on she would say in front of your face she did not say that and change things around.

They were very professional. trustworthy, and dependable. They were always on time and I had an overall great experience. I am happy I worked with them. They were wonderful.

They were really helpful for me. They did a great job and had good attention to detail with a great value. The customer service was good, they were on time, and reliable. My neighbor had work done by another company and they left trash and nails all over, but these guys really cleaned very well.
