Most definitely recommended! Michael was a pleasure to speak with. I explained everything I needed done to Allan and he did the the work exactly how I requested. The guys were on time, polite, meticulous, friendly and overall professional. Next job I am requesting the same guys. They take pride in their work and it shows in my house. Loved having them there. I have had work done by other contractors and was not satisfied...job rushed, sloppy, unprofessional, ect. I am recommending them to my family/friends. They can definitely use me as a reference. This is the company you need to hire if you want your work done professionally.

Michael and his crew were extrememly professional and curteous through out the entire planning and construction phases of my bathroom remodel. The crew was punctual, kept me abreast of everything that was going on, asked for my imput when necessary and left the space spotless after each work day. Michael stopped by a couple of times to check on the progress of my project and check in with his crew. Our bathroom turned out incredible thanks to Michael and his great team. I highly recommend them.

After a slow start, the work was done expertly and excellently. Michael was professional and kept in touch. Alex is not only extremely capable, but personable and willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure satisfaction. The bathroom looks great and my wife and I are very satisfied. Overall, DHI's work exceeded our expectations and their price was more than competitive. We would highly recommend this company.

Work was done very professionals. Price was very fair, and was done in a very timely manner.

They started on 5/19/08 & with estimated completion date 5/29/08. They started with 3 workers & ended with 2 busted the est completion date by at least 1 week & the follow-up work was very sloppy. Had to call them back 3 times & they still did not right. The owner, Michael did not come & check work unless you complain. After he rec'd money bout cheap supplies He states Al, is his best worker but I found him to be slow & lazy. Was oblivious to noticible errors, didn't wipe tile, told me "all you have to do is". no outlet cover, paint not smooth, do not use this company!

Michael and his crew- were very courteous, and did a beautiful job- new bathroom- totally renovated it is 100% better than it was prior to his excellent performance He is very honest, reliable and most of all communicative and service oriented.

It was a pleasure meeting with Michael, At this time, we are not sure where we are going with the project but Michael seemed very qualified for the job. I appreciate him coming up to give us a quote

There was a big communication gap between what I wanted and what was on the contract. The worker was rushed and didn't do everything I wanted. The job was on the sloppy side.

Once the work was started they were great.

Overall we had a good experience with Deluxe Home Improvements. A little tough getting started, but Michael took care of us and was quite accommodating. George did a great job with the work on our house. Very professional, courteous and responsible. Our house looks great for the summer season!

We had a few problems to start out in that they could do better with "expectation management" in terms of when they said they would be here vs when they actually arrived. Four hours late the first day and 2.5 horus late the second day. It doesn't matter to me who's "fault" it was, the "head office" or the tradesman who showed up, as the customer, they are one in the same. But once we straightened out the communications things went along much smoother. Charlie did take pride in his work and seemed to really care if he was doing a good job or not.

Michael was very prompt in his response to our needs. He was courteous and helpful, and did an absolutely great job! We will surely call him again the next time we need repairs or other similar work. We highly recommend Deluxe Home Improvements!

I wanted my bathroom totally renovated at a reasonable price and that is what I got. I would recommend Deluxe Home Improvement to anyone looking to renovate on a budget. These guys are easy to work with.
