We contacted Elias on a Friday, and he was in by Monday. Flexible, professional, and personable. When he didn't have a part that's usually installed as part of the service, he explained clearly why we didn't need it and took the installation fee off our bill. Throughout the work, he took time to explain to us what he was seeing and why it was good or bad. The overall experience showed us we had contracted a man of high integrity.

Elias was fast and very personable. He responded almost immediately after I requested a quote through the website. While replacing the faucet, he noticed that the pipe was corroding and very clogged and he was able to replace everything at no extra charge. He was in and out in just over an hour.

I came into work on Thursday 1/31/19 to find a frozen pipe, did a search on Home Advisor, and found Eli. he arrives promptly with a second person. Then left to get a cup of coffee. meanwhile, I am paying two people over $100 per hour to drink coffee, 1/2 hour later they come back, by then I had gotten back from an errand and we had a discussion of what should be done. We decided the best course of action was to just cap both the feed and the return. Once he started work it took the 2 of them about 15 minutes to complete the job. Next came the bill and I handed him over to the accounts payable. After he left, accounts payable, told me the bill was for $450. Broken down as follows, Driving time, Removing the frozen pipe about 20 feet. which he did not do. This job was not a 2 person job, and I should not have to pay driving time or for services rendered that did not happen. Hang on to your wallet if you want to hire him, and get a quote up front. He is not to be trusted to deliver an honest day's work for a fair price.

These guys are great, high quality work at affordable prices and on top of that Eli & Ceasar are nice people too, they are first on my list to call whenever i need plumbing, heating, or gas work done on my house.... i would highly recommend you give them a try

Eli came quickly and responded quickly and I was in a jam. He detached the spray nozzle from my kitchen sink as asked and fixed the drip on my washing machine with new faucets. All well! Then he pointed out old pipes needing replacement in my cellar and we'll call him for that fix. My only problem was cost. $250 and he wasn't even here more than 30 min. I guess that's what plumbers cost but he did't leave any paperwork either. Just hustled off so I have no record of repairs for my files.

Very pleased with the quick response and very fast service. A leaking laundry shut off valve was removed and installed in a short amount of time.

It was literally one of the coldest nights of the year when I discovered my furnace was stone-cold; I called HA at 9:30 on a Sunday night and Eli and co. were there within an hour and lit my pilot light for the price of a house call. Very friendly, quick and knowledgeable service!

Deluxe went above and beyond my original request to make sure everything was working properly and walked through every fix they made. Very satisfied.

His hourly rate is very reasonable but it is hard to gauge if the hours billed is accurate. At least it is the same rate after 5 pm because he came the same day I called him. He got there late, about 7:15 pm but was able to at least assess the problem to order the right part.

Deluxe plumbing came out and repaired my older toliet. I was very pleased with his work.
