After 2 years the shingles fell off

I waited over 90 days after giving Danny $10k as a deposit. I am glad he even came back to do the job! I had received no response in the meantime, so I thought I had given my money to someone I would never speak to again. Anyway, after finally getting the crew to my house, Danny was very persistent about getting paid, and he finally got paid in full. He said he had to order more supplies, so he could not get the gazebo done (which still does not match my new roof). Here we are over 3 months later, after being paid in full, with not even a response to all my calls and texts. He is knowledgeable about his business, which makes it even harder to accept that he is not a man of his word. The worst part is that Danny was referred to me by a mutual friend! What a pain in the you-know-what!!

Installed a new roof less than 6 months ago. Two shingles have blown off and were broken. Both my husband and I have been calling and texting daily with absolutely no response. This was a 9k+ job. Looks like we need a repair. We are supposed to have a 30 yr warranty but never got the paperwork from him. Very upsetting and worrisome. He had good references on Home advisor so we hired him. He is now out of network.

Dan just will not call back or finish the job. He seemed great and the work. he did looks good. Would love to have this job done.

Work was started two months ago. Now we are not able reach out to them. Job was paid in full but was not completed .Roof is still leaking and we are in a dangerous situation.

The crew that replaced my roof did a great job. They were hard working and efficient, and they cleaned up all the debris. Dan at Deluxe Roofing was professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Dan was courteous and dependable. We got the roof installed exactly when he said it would be and they were finished on-time. He was a pleasure to work with and we will recommend him to all our neighbors

I hired Dan in April of 2021 for a flat roof repair, Chimney cap and to replace a shingled roof. At first I was pleased with the over the phone and in person consultation. He assured me the project would be completed timely and the roof would no longer leak. He seemed confident in the project so I hired him. The shingles look nice and seem to be functioning as promised. However my flat roof is still leaking despite multiple attempts at correcting the problem. It is now September 2021 and this project has seemed to be forgotten about by Deluxe Roofing. He has visited a few times and nothing has been fixed despite being paid in full. When questioned, Dan dances around the issue and makes minimal attempts to fix the issue for good. His response to me being upset about my roof still leaking despite him being paid for the work is ?the price of the roof is irrelevant and we did a good job on your roof? Also pipe collars were assured in the contract and have not yet been installed leading to a secondary leak from the bathroom vent duct.

Dan was at the job site through out the day.

They were very professional, on point with great advice. Worked fast and did a great job. Answer all question I had asked. I hired them for a 2nd job and would hire again.

My experience was amazing and stress free from start to finish. The knowledge and customer service was excellent.
