Rene and staff were very professional. They did a superb job. They made shure the pool was operating properly and answered any questions I had concerning the pool . In addition, they removed the old parts so I did not have to get rid of them . Also they showed up on time which was a plus . I would definitely hire delux pool company again

Learn from our experience, save yourself the headache and do NOT use this company. We made the mistake of using Deluxe Pool Services to replace our pool liner. The company took incorrect measurements for the liner resulting in a liner that was too large for our pool with huge wrinkles on the walls and floor. Further, the company cut out holes for the return jets before any water was added to the pool, resulting in a stretched liner that leaked around the jets. Within 1 hour of the installation we were losing water and the company refused to come back when called.

"Hi we call you many time after you cancelled the check for the payment alsohi after wehi the day after instalación we received a call from you to said the liner have some wrinkles we call to get back and set up a appointment and you always said no I don’t want you guys came back , something the we don’t understand is why you don’t said that the day we install the liner Them you cancelled the check with the payment So at this point you have get a free liner The work was for 5000 dollars and you get for free again you never give us opportunity to get back and see was going on I assume you still have using the liner we purchased for free"

Very poorly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Franco seems very knowledgeable and caring at first. Then, when he decides he’s over it, he simply stops coming to do any pool cleaning/ maintenance. We had to threaten him legally in order for him to complete the season with us. I was very disappointed to learn that my carpenter, who knows him separately, had to bring him to small claims court in order to try to get what he was rightfully owed (yet never recurved. ) In addition, I had initially recommended Franco to another friend, before he stopped coming, and he ruined her pool. Franco, you should be ashamed of yourself. Please, what we you do, do not use this company.

Franco was a pleasure to work with. He is always timely, responsive, and well-priced. We hired him to replace our pool pump after it malfunctioned within a few days of a party we were hosting. He was able to save the day and replace it within 24 hrs. We requested a very particular pump that he was able to find on short notice. We had such a good experience we are planning to switch our regular pool servicer to Deluxe Pool Services.

Company lied in fabricating stories, excuse after excuse after 6 and a half weeks and left our house with multiple dangerous conditions such as lights, wires exposed, electrical panels open and left many pipes, plumbing materials, pumps all around the property exposed for people to get injured. I would never use this company again and we are looking for $4500 refund because it is going to take more money to fix what he did. We paid him in full.
