Delway Contracting, LLC

Nightmare to work with. Took off my roof and did not secure the tarp. Rained, destroying my knotty pine ceilings. Blamed the sub, roofer, who works for Delway. Delway agreed to repair, then reneged on his word. His son is foul mouth. Cursed me out using the F word. Work is subpar. I paid for 8 x 8 footers and he used 6 x 6. Windows don’t close properly Stair railing not secure. A long list…. I would never recommend this contractor.

Absolute pleasure working with Angelo. He is a true professional and the quality of workmanship is very evident. We live out of state and did a complete home renovation and Angelo gave us very good advice and kept us updated throughout the project. He was very easy to work with, even with the multiple updates and changes we made. His team was very respectful of our home and neighbors. Would use Angelo again and definitely recommend.

From our first meeting with Angelo to the completion of our porch, we experienced first class service and quality. Angelo made himself available to us throughout the process and his team were professional and talented. Our porch is beautiful and we have received many compliments. We will for sure be hiring Delway Contracting for future home improvement projects.

Angelo is a true professional and you soon realize he takes your job as if it was his home he was working on. Excellent workmanship and had great ideas in the planning stage, took care of all of the filings with town and HOA. Is very available if you need to ask a question. He has done a sunroom [which he made into a 4 seasons room with HVAC], and attic re-do and kitchen remodel - very satisfied on all three projects. Would be a reference for Delway LLC at any time.

The crew was respectful of our neighbors. They were neat and took care of our house as they worked in it. Angelo quoted a fair price and stuck to it. The project was high quality work and finished in time. They did the little extra items when needed. A very pleasant experience.

Absolute professional! Angie takes pride in his work. Pleasure to deal with and his crew is terrific. I recommend him without reservation. Just terrific!!!

Angelo and his team were true to their word and the quality of work superior! Angelo was always on the job leading the way to a beautiful addition of a master bedroom and bath. Together we created a one of a kind design that is surpassed by none. I am pleased beyond my expectations and without a doubt will only use this company. Thank you Delway team!

The Delway team took a lot of care of our home in the process of doing this fairly major addition for us. Angelo was very receptive to our needs and suggestions while providing an extremely high quality addition to our home. Every guest so far as commented "Wow" We will be enjoying this addition for years to come. I highly recommend the Delway team for any of your upcoming additions and/or renovations.

Friendly and easy to deal with. Their word is their bond. Worth the money.

On time, came when they said they would , always went out of their way to be neat and clean , and did little extras when asked. Quality work and took pride in their work as if they were working on their own home. Made suggestions on the design that were improvements over what was called for. Was above board on every issue. We knew where we stood through the entire process. Have rehired Angelo and crew for some additional work.

.

Started and finished job on time with a tight schedule. A leak developed but they came promptly to fix it. No leaks since.

Angelo and his crew at Delway Contracting, LLC did an excellent job for us after Hurricane Sandy. Their professional and courteous work effort made a long job bearable and pleasant. In the end, the quality of the material (siding, windows and doors), work and cleanup were superior.

Contacted Angelo of Delway Contracting, LLC to paint entire house, I was extremely impressed with his honesty, suggestions and professionalism. He requested down & assured job would start at 8:00am on the following Monday, & would be completed in 5 days. Workers were there before 8:00, & knocked on door sharply at 8:00. Job was completed on day 6 which was not an issue as time was utilized replacing electrical plate covers & cleaning up. Oh my, house was spotless & nicely painted as requested. I highly recommend Delway and will not hesitate to use them again. Much THANKS, Delway!!!!

When we first met with Angelo he told us when he starts a job he does not leave until it is finished and that is exactly how he works. He is very honest, fair, respectful and professional. Everyone is very meticulous with what they do, they all take a great deal of pride in their work. We would highly recommend them they are great to work with. In closing we would just like to say "Thank You" to all of the workers we LOVE all of the work you did for us and we are looking forward to enjoying the extra living space.

Nice experience. Getting a quote to repair my roof.

We just had the decking from our deck replaced with Timbertech Reliaboard Composite Decking as well as our side entrance steps. They were always on time, courteous, respectful and very professional. We highly recommend them. In fact, we plan on using them when it comes time to add an addition on to our house.

Fantastic to work with, very high quality work at a fair price. I worked with them remotely as it was second home and Angelo made it easy

This a family business that provides top quality work at a reasonable cost. What makes them stand out above the competition is that they work with you and add some much more (time, professional advice and concern over you needs). What you get is a product that is not what you expected but better than you expected. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Service, very informative, From the time we met to the jobs were finished Angelo & his sons were attentive to my needs. Timely, & thorough in work ethics, got a difficult job completed! I am so proud of my space now & I look forward to & will not hesitate to call them again! Very knowledgeable in all construction & rehabbing work of the home! Customer service is beyond the expected! Yes I will refer him to all who are close to me & that's an understatement.

Great to deal with. They did quality work and took extra time to make sure the little things were done right.

Angelo Delapo was very attentive and conscientious, He and his son and crew were very prompt and fixed some additional plumbing problems for me at the same time they worked on the job I requested. They did a great job with my project, kept to the quoted price and left the area neat snd clean - I am looking forward to having Delway complete a project for me in the near future- It is great to find a contractor who is reliable and gives a fair quote.

Angelo, was a pleasure to work with.He gave me a quote that I thought was very good.I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. I will not hesitate to call Angelo in the future for other projects. I highly reccommend this company.

The estimate was prompt and fair. The job was completed in one day and we are very sattisfied with the outcome

As the originally agreed upon work progressed I could see that I getting great value for my money, so I added "jobs" to be completed. Delway Contracting listened to my "new" requests and completed them to my complete satisfaction. In Delway I have found a contractor that actually did all the work that wanted done, and did it to my satisfaction! I will use them in the future in order to keep my property well maintained.
