The owner was friendly and fun, he responded quickly when other companies didn't, and removed the tree safely. Before the job over the phone, he told me that if I helped with cleanup/Job time the price could be lower. My two friends and I ended up helping for the entire job (around 4 hours), including cleanup and hauling away several loads of the brush ourselves. In the end, the price was only reduced by $50. I appreciate the work that was done, but I was disappointed because I expected our labor to be reflected more in the final bill. I'm not sure how long that job would've taken had we not pitched in as much as we did.
