Demand restoration signed a contract with us in November to repair our house after Harvey. Josh refused to begin work until our mortgage company released 40,000 dollars, which because of problems with his paperwork took until February. The contractor Josh has taken 42,000 dollars from my insurance company. He pulled out some Sheetrock, removed my tile floor, then stopped because he didn't have any permits. This was in mid March. I got the permits within a week. I gave him this information immediately. He talked to me a couple of times without providing any information on when he would begin work again. Now he has not returned any emails or phone calls. His Woodland office address appears to be some else's house. The owner of Demand Remodeling, Danny is not returning my husband or my phone calls either. We are about to take legal action.

Don't believe it when they say you don't have to pay your deductible. I did, in fact insurance took it out of my check and demand still got paid the $500 deductible from me. Said that my roof was supposed to be on "weather permitting" and then they changed it because rain set back 3 days, so now it's scheduled for a weekend it's supposed to rain! I have a damaged gutter pouring water to my door and foundation so now I have a lake. So MAYBE I'll get my house repaired by time winter rolls in, but that will probably be delayed because of weather! Oh and I paid them already! If your gonna take several jobs and take everybody's money FIRST, you should have enough people to do those jobs and get them done quickly so owners don't have to sit around and wait for their damage to be fixed!

Price was reasonable and work was excellent. I paid deposit and they came out 2 weeks early although the contract stated 3 to 5 weeks from acceptance. I was out of town when the work begn an when I came home everything was completed and all work spaces were tidy. I am looking forward to working with Demand for future projects.

Everything starting with the salesman was handled very professionally. The work was completed on schedule and I am very pleased with my windows. I am still waiting for replacement windows but was notified they have come in and I should receive a call soon about installation. I have received many compliments on them and have noticed a difference in the sound level and warmth inside my home

I was very happy with Demand Remodeling from the consultation to the end results. During my consultation they listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that I got it. Even when other problems happened due to the work they made sure that it was all fixed. I have found a remodeling company that I will continue to use for any work that I will need done from here on out.

Great consultation. Consultant answered all my questions & was patient while we got multiple bids. Good value. Some discrepancy with details-but completely resolved. The largest problem was a racist remark a worker said regarding my neighborhood.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Brandon got good people to come in and remodel my bathroom. I love it. It was in bad shape but Rob went above and beyond to get it fixed for me. I know he ran into things he didnt expect but he was awesome. I had no problem letting them work in my house every day while I was at work. Rob did a great great job on my tile floors and tile shower walls are the best. Of course I picked out everything that went in the bathroom so I am happy with my choice also.
