I own a Restoration company in the quad cities and I have used a lot of plumbing services companies in the past. This company just blew them all away. Professional, got the job done quickly and up to code. Clean up ...it was like he was never there. Highly recommended, will definitely use them on future projects!

Our water heater went out on thanksgiving. Mike called us back even though they were out of town for the holiday. They sent someone out Monday but water heater was not fixable. By Thursday we had a new tankless in. They rearranged their schedule to get the job done because we were without hot water. We would recommend them .

I heard back from this company within about a minute of submitting an inquiry on HomeAdvisor (on a Sunday evening, no less!). They were incredibly helpful and made me a top priority, as I did not have hot water. They managed to diagnose my problem over the phone, ordered the part the next day, and had me up and running 2 days later, for a very reasonable amount. I would hire them again in an instant.

Mike was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Installed a new water heater in less than an hour. The water heater matched the high end heater we were replacing at a cost that was almost half of another estimate. Call him. His estimate is what I paid, no more.

he replaced a part very quickly but did not have his company truck to fully resolve our issue. Gave us advice on how to complete diagnostics to further investigate why our water heater flame blows out occasoinally.

He came the very next day and completed the installation properly in 1 1/2 hours for the estimated price. The one short fall was he took my email address to send me receipt and other materials which I still have not received after almost three weeks.

This company was the only one in area who could complete work on shop notice and had the cheapest quote of everyone I talked to. I got the water heater same day and every other company was stating it would cost $100's more and be about a week to 2 weeks until they could complete work.
