Representative miss measured. Do when quote arrived could not understand what was being quoted. As the sizes did not match what my projects were. Took several calls until the scent out a new rep. And accurate measurements taken. Hired them for the quote but then glass delayed so job did not get finished in the time frame agreed upon and would not work me in when glass did arrive. Had to wait for first available appointment. Was not a pleasant experience. Price was good. Make sure you check the measurements of your project. And that you have an open time line to complete.

A service man came out and did not have what we needed for our window glazing bead and was charged a service charge anyway. I would not do business with this company. Plus, they required one half of the estimated cost prior to coming out based on my measurements. I was not thinking when I agreed to this arrangement!

Fixing the shower door was fine, but, one day later the drip rail fell off and I had to figure out how to put it back on. Seems like he would have checked that before he left.
