Highly recommend this group for asphalt seal coating. They were professional, expedient, skilled, honest, and communicated promptly. Work was done quickly and on time. Sealer did no get down asphalt completely. Could still see old asphalt. Looked good while it was still wet, but once it dried it did not look any different.

This was a trial to determine if oil based sealer is better than water based. Demetro was great to deal with, but not sure I like the shiny look of the sealer. Time will tell.

Update: 08/02/2020 Do not hire Demetro Sealcoating. Our driveway was not done correctly and he promised to redo it. The cracks were not filled in, and it looks terrible. Cannot get a hold of him, does not return any emails or phone calls. Also, triple the price of any other sealer we previously had done.

Dan is awesome and does a good job in a short time period. He uses a good oil seal and even helped touch up some tire gouges that our cars created in the asphalt.

$7,700 in blacktop work. 2 months later the weeds were coming through the blacktop and it was all broken up. They promised to reimburse 75% of the money, but have not given any back yet, one and a half years later. Stay away from this company with your hard-earned money.
