Good contractor

No communication at all. told me numerous times they would fix stuff and they don't. had a written contract for sod and got grass seed. tore down my fence and promised to repair it at least three times and never Happened. Was suppose to demo house took she'd with all my mothers stuff all I had after she pass in the fire They promised pictures and I never received any. Told them to remove my credit card from their files after job was done, they never did, but instead accessed my credit card after that.

They did a very good job. They came on time and cleaned up when they departed. I would certainly use them again if needed.

Ryan was very aggressive to get my job started. He even called me around 8 PM on a Sunday night. That should have given me the red flag. Got a price of $1,500 to remove a parking slab from the back yard of one of my rental properties. I was told they would start 4/8 and my wife would meet them and give a check. I like to help businesses out by giving check if they will accept it so they can save on fees. My next mistake. They started 4/8 and sent me a photo of their equipment on site and my wife went to give them a check while they were still working. Another mistake I made. Never pay until job completed. The following day I went to check out the job and found 6 concrete piers still in the ground and the area was not cleaned up. Several messages, texts and emails were sent to Ryan with no response. Finally, 12 days later after I threatened to write a bad review, I received a reply. I was told that it would be another $350 to remove the piers and clean up as their price only included removal of the slab. Certainly, when they started the job or saw my wife with the check, they could have told her this. Regardless, I agreed to the additional $350 as the job needed to be finished, piers removed and cleaned up. They told me they would schedule to finish. More days/weeks pass along with texts and emails with no response or schedule. What a waste of all my time with these guys on such a little job.

These guys are worth every penny. Great job!
