Demo Days

I hired Tim Pate, who represented himself as the sole owner and proprietor of Demo Days LLC, for three projects. The first was the demolition of a shed, which he completed himself satisfactorily. The second was a concrete slab in the backyard. Tim worked with two other men, one of which was introduced as a concrete expert. The pour was completed. When the final slab was measured, the new shed company said there was a 2; differential in the diagonal measurements and the installation of the new shed required no more than a 1/2 differential. It was still possible to install the new shed with some cutting of the concrete. I immediately called Tim Pate, no answer. Over the next two days I called, texted, and emailed him all with no response. To this day Tim Pate has refused to return any of my attempts to reach him. He had stated he was an honest professional with integrity and would not leave me hanging. Which he has done. I do not recommend Demo Days LLC and it is proprietor Tim Pate.
