He was very responsive, and had no problems doing little extra little things, what started as just painting the trim on my house, but started to grow into sealing the cedar shingles on the entire house and our 2 story detached garage. He aimed to please and fixed any little spots and went above and beyond with little fix-it areas as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
