Jeff gave us the lowest bid and his prices were good. The first two tubs he refinished came out nice. He accidently got the tub spray paint on our newly painted walls (in both bathrooms!!!)... which was BAD (he did not rectify). If he paid closer attention to details that wouldn't have happened. In our master bath, he did not tape up the fixture well, so after he sprayed it, water got in the tub and his job was ruined. He had to come back another day to respray that bathtub. Since I had already paid him, he did not make us a priority, and it took him a few days to get back here to fix his mistake. After respraying our master tub, it is ok.

Jeff did a wonderfu job on our claw foot tub! I loved the fact that he is local.

I would not hire DeMontigny Refinishing again, nor would I recommend him. He bid a job and then over charged me, when I drew his attention to this, he said he would mail a check immediately. That was 8/31/2010. I've contacted him at least 5 times and always get the same promise. He even once said the checks in the mail - and we all know how that works! His work is sloppy and not refined. There are runs on the walls and the countertop is bumpy and gritty. He was asked to redo the first week of September and has made one appointment to redress, but failed to show up! I would suggest that he be removed from your site.

Jeff is personable and professional. He did a great job of restoring our bathtub. He was very responsive and followed up right away. We would certainly call upon him again.

The estimate included new drain and overflow,reglaze the tub. He was to replace the drain and overflow this was not done. the final cost was higher than estimate. workmanship was good.

Great experience...plan to use them again.

Jeff Demontigny has done an excellent job for me. He restored a fiberglass shower, including replacing all the hardware and doors, that I thought was beyond repair. Additionally, Jeff refinished the cabinets in the kitchen to an "almost new" quality. He was always on time and on budget. I would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone who might needs his services.

The Demontigny Refinishing and Restoration are experts when it comes to the clawfoot tub. My tub was old and hidden behind a cabinet. Jeff made various suggestions which I followed and now I have a beautiful clawfoot tub which others envy. Jeff is very talented and works smart and quickly. good ... not great

We have an older bathtub, and they just do not make tubs like this anymore. We wanted to keep our tub, but the surface was worn. Demontigny refinished our bathtub and now it looks like new! Great job and reasonable cost. Our highly recommend this contractor for surface refacing.
