Excellent worker

The system that was installed in 2022 by these guys were unlike anything I've seen before. A 2200 sq/ft 2 story house had high velocity ductwork/supplies in a standard blower-compressor units. They charged me 4K to change out a coil. House still didn't cool down. Called again ,$149 a pop, to "clean" out a filter. No change. Heat wave came and went. After going to their office about this. They sent out their master technician. He viewed the system and "I've never seen a system like this before" . Finally got a hold of a company that didn't bs me on anything. Will be doing another review on that company shorty. If I could I would post photos of the -mercury thermostat that controlled the ac only -The trunk line that was basically 2 pieces of sheet metal curved into half cylinders -The return lines that were installed in a pantry and another near a supply - The inadequate blower and condenser - The high velocity supply of 8 total for 2200 square foot house

I have appliance insurance through another company. I contacted them on 10/16/19, and Dempsey was assigned to me for servicing. They came out on 10/17, told me they needed another part. They returned on 10/21, only to tell me that more parts were needed. I hadn't heard back from them, so I called on 10/25 to get an update. They were still waiting for parts. 1 week went by with no contact from them. I contacted them on 11/2, and they scheduled someone to come out on 11/6. They didn't show up! When my insurance contacted them, they informed my insurance that they were still waiting for parts to come in. I'm seeking services from another contractor now.

Not good we got a flood.

The work was done good. But I'am trying to get a copy of the bill. Called 2 times.

The service technician was friendly and did a nice job.

Don't take the deal. They changed me $54.00/toilet and then charged me again for parts and labor. So it took him 15 minutes to put in 2 little rubber rings to stop the slight flushing. I paid $109.00 for the deal and then another $95.00 for 15 minutes to put in 2 little rubber rings. RIP OFF!!

It went phenomenal. It was the best experience I have ever had with someone coming to my house to service it. He was very pleasant and joked with me which helped my anxiety level. I would absolutely hire them again. It was a very pleasant experience,the price was right and they were very prompt.

It went very well. They were on time and efficient. The techs know what they're doing. They did a great job.

When I called for an estimate, I said that I had already had an $800 estimate for the repair and that it was high enough to get me thinking about replacing the unit. Gary O'Shea (who has Nate certification) came out the next day, said that although he would love to sell me a new air conditioner, he thought he could get another five or more years out of my old one, gave me an "outside" estimate that was less than half of the first one, and made the repair for even less.

I made the mistake of signing a contract with this company Charged me a lot more than they told me.  Should have been $89 and ended up charged approximately $189.  Contract said they would discount parts at 25%.  When I tried to get something replaced, they laughed at me and kept pushing me around to different people.  Took 4 attempts to get the discount.  Couldn't get a straight answer and put me on hold for over 10 min.    No qualifying statement in the contract about the 25% and how it is works.  I would not recommend anyone use this company.
