Dempsey's Precision Lawn Care and Landscape Design

If ANYONE knows how to reach Nick we would appreciate it. I have called him multiple times with zero response. Sent him a registered letter- returned- not a real address. We could write all of the details of how horrible our experience was- and it would mirror other reviewers. Nick is a fraud. We are out almost $4k. Not only was he not reliable he also had zero clue how to do erosion control as he claimed. Our problem is far worse now. And we have to spend many more thousands to repair the damage he caused. Our house and property are very compromised from his damage. Note. I am almost as irritated at HomeAdvisor. I called to file complaints. And ask for assistance in finding Nick to force a refund- as we now have to spend more with a Read landscaper- but HomeAdvisor would not assist since Nick fell off the radar. I do have an attorney on the case now with every detail and photo of the damage recorded. It appears a few of you hear have been fully Ripped Off too. I will never use HomeAdvisor again for the lack of effort to help settle this- as they are the ones that screened him. Again. Nick Dempsey is a FRAUD.

Had Nick out for some landscape work and he mentioned that he could help me with my retaining wall, that had some rotting wood that needed replaced. I agreed to have him do half the wall, and it fell over as soon as he was done before he left the property. He talked me into rebuilding the entire wall after it fell, I agreed and paid additional money and a portion of it has already fallen. Nick did offer to come out a 3rd time but I am not comfortable with his skills at this point.

Came without the proper equipment. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. Quit w/o finishing the job even though he was paid up front.

Mr. Dempsey was prompt and courteous. After he arrived, I added additional jobs to the original work order causing him to have to return to haul everything away. Mr. Dempsey returned on the day he promised and left everything in perfect order.

Did not show to finish job. Tried for 3 weeks to get partial refund. Still waiting

Very unprofessional. They arrived late due to a flat tire and having to pick up a blade for their saw. They also did not have a chain saw to cut the tree. They left a large part of the tree hung up in another tree, which I will also need to pay someone to cut down. So the job is not completed.

Did a good job

I have recommend them to a lot of people.
