Denmark's Renovations, LLC

Do not use Denmark Renovations for anything! What would you do if you paid over $46k and this is the work you get? What would you do if you are told days the contractor will be out to work and then doesn't show up? This has gone on for weeks. We started this remodel August 1, 2023 it's June 2024 and its still not complete. I paid cash and on time and actually over paid through a payment plan we set up for the second half of the remodel. Out of the 3 rooms we remodeled 0 rooms are complete. The workmanship is shotty and I had to ask/demand they paint behind my appliances. (The backslash wasn't even completed behind my fridge) When I tell you I got the landlord special, I got nails painted over an all! My cabinet doors were painted the wrong color several times and are caked with paint at this point. The wrong color was also used on my walss after "repairs were made". I do not recommend Demark's Renovations to anyone. He doesn't keep his word.

Robert,Jesse & crew were awesome. Completely renovated 2 bth & fixed ceiling in bdr due to water damage in short time. Highly skilled, hardworking & creative. Bathrooms now functional & beautiful. I would definitely want this nice crew on any future project.

Project: Quartz counter tops. The demo was fast and clean. The install was quick and professional. Will use again if giving the opportunity.

Great job in a short amount of time allowable.

DO YOU BRING THE VINYL BASEBOARDS?

The company did a great job, my problem was them using my wash cloths and dish towels as their rags. They ate my food and took my ibuprofen without asking. Two of my plates were broken by a few on the crew. One belonged to my grandmother. The professionalism could have been better.

Great Guys did a wonderful job demoing and replacing our pergola floor. Better than the original by far. Beautiful workmanship. Looking forward to working with them in the future .

Great work on the floor ? I needed this done before I was able to go out of town,and unbelievably Denmark pulled his best resources to get the work accomplished in a much shorter time. I definitely have more work upcoming for him. Great crew, mention Zach and Woody the good people!

The prices are fair, the quality of work is great and workers are very professional, skilled and extremely and nice people.

Awesome team! Worked efficiently and the stair railing turned it great. Couldn't have asked for better.

Robert did a excellent job on my wood flooring. Also completed the job in the time he said the job was to be completed
