Dennis Best Grading and Demolition

Very bad experience with my custom home build. Dennis started out strong with basic construction and concrete work. The more complicated, skilled jobs he'd been paid to do (plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry) and which he had assured me he was experienced in, were completely over his head. Much of the plumbing work he did put in had to be torn out and completely redone by professionals. Several outlets and fixtures don't work at all and will have to be rewired. The trim work around the windows is very rough and poorly done. He made lots of promises he couldn't deliver on, made excuses for not showing up for days on end, then simply walked off the job. I have spent thousands of dollars and many, many hours redoing and completing my project because of his incompetence and dishonesty. If you have some concrete projects, he'll probably do ok, but for anything beyond that, hire a true professional.
