Ray was originally hired for snow removal--that same day a tree fell on my property and demolished my shed. Ray took care of the tree for me the very next morning and was instrumental in guiding me how to take care what to do next; very knowledgeable, helpful and professional...a perfect ten but there's only 5 stars!

Ray and Austin did a great job. They listen to what you need/want and get it done.

So Far Everything Is Great!!

I just came in from removing a garbage bag of dead leaves near the main entrance to my house that Dennis Bros left there after doing a spring cleanup and I still have more to remove. That is not even the worst of the poor quality of the work that was done on my property. Some or all of this companys workers used rakes rather than leaf blowers when doing the cleanup to remove dead leaves and swept away yards and yards of live, beautiful, healthy decorative ground cover that had been in my yard for almost 20 years, leaving huge areas of nothing but dirt where the green had been. Ray was nice enough the first and only time I met him when he came to give me an estimate for spring cleanup, but wanted to pick up a check as soon as the work was done (while I was at work), but I told him I wanted to see the yard first. When I saw all of the ruin caused by his company, I immediately emailed him about it. He refused, during a protracted back and forth via email and over the phone, to even acknowledge that he and his workers had caused the damage, which was ridiculous, as I saw what they had done as soon as I got home from work, about an hour or 2 after they had left. He argued and argued, not even admitting the use of rakes, but my neighbor had seen them raking. It was denied, denied, denied, even after I sent him pictures of the large ruined areas with dozens of broken. healthy, stalks that had once been pachysandra. Only when he saw that I was not going to let it go, did he offer a small ($112.) credit against the $700 charge for the cleanup. I took it to be done with him and his company, but I would caution anyone thinking of using this company. They caused a huge problem and only after a lot of effort did he even bother to begrudgingly recognize that fact. He made no offer to buy the pachysandra himself and replant it. So I am off to do that myself, too.

I would recommend Dennis Bros Landscaping without reservation. They did a wonderful job mulching our huge property, and the clean-ups were awesome as well. Prompt, thorough and with reasonable rates. We plan to use them for many more projects this year.
