Dennis Daniels is very professional. We're in the process of placing our home on the market. The inspection process was great. Dennis explained everything to make sure we understood. We will definitely use him when we purchase our new home!

Dennis was punctual, nice, knowledgable and thorough! Great inspection! Highly recommend!

very flexible and thorough and explained what needed to be done in my home.

Very nice and helpful; pricing was very fair. My inspection was for a condo so it was quite brief in comparison to what it would be for a house but he was very thorough.

Very thorough

Well explain in detail and thorough during the inspection. Approach every corner and well in detail of the problem. Will surely recommend to everyone.

Dennis did an excellent job! He conducted a very thorough inspection and upon completion, he walked me through his findings and explained all of his concerns. He was able to put together a very detailed and impressive inspection report and email it to me that very night! He also went above and beyond by helping me understand the property survey and find the property markers (which was out of the scope of his work). Last but not least he charged me approx $100 less than all other quotes i received. I am very happy with his services and would highly recommend him!

Dennis is very easy to work with, he is professional yet personable. I would recommend him as well as engage his services again.

Very thorough and explained everything well. Came out next day. Would highly recommend him.
