Wood Fence Repair
I would not recommend Prestige Maintenance based on my experience. The project pricing was misrepresented from the beginning. An initial estimate was provided, but once the work was underway, the price suddenly increased well beyond what was originally discussed. There was little transparency, and I felt pressured into accepting elevated costs after the project had already started. To make matters worse, the quality of the work did not justify the higher pricing. Portions of the job lacked attention to detail. Professionalism in communication was highly disappointing! Homeowners should be cautious and make sure every detail, cost, and scope of work is clearly documented before agreeing to any work with this company.

"We came out and looked at the fence under the scope we were under the impression of from talking to you. When we gave you the quote for the scope of work you wanted you accepted it and even paid the deposit. When we came to do the work your husband came outside, before work was started and said the design was wrong or had changed. I was on the phone when John told him the price would change and he said ?that?s fine.? You also sent me a Zelle at 5am before we could send the invoice to pay lower."

This company is extremely inconsistent with their work. The owner, Sean, will contract various people to do his lawn servicing rather than have a regular crew to provide his services. It is absolutely horrible to have paid him for my yard not being cut. The last crew that came, put a hole in my wooden fence. I told the owner about it and he apologized but that is it. I would already had a trusted crew coming to my house but Sean?s crew came before I could cancel it. When I returned home from work, I was furious at what I saw. My front yard looked like it had been edged only and my back yard had not been cut. I hate that I would paid him blindly but I will not use this service. I believe in consistency and Prestige Maintenance does not offer that. It can be good one day and horrible on their next service. DO NOT hire this company unless you like gambling because you are definitely rolling the dice with this company. Unfortunately, I now have to PAY another company to come landscape my yard.

You have had the same crew since your second cut. Your first cut was cut by an emergency crew I use for Angi when the grass is high. The crew has been the same since. You?re right, I did apologize for the fence and I offered to come fix it for free and swap the crew if you were unhappy. Things happen but I offered a solution."
